Bergen has a warm and friendly atmosphere and offers a wonderful blend of museums, galleries, restaurants and little shops. A visit to the fish market is a must, as is the trip up to the mountain Fløyen, a great viewpoint reached with a funicular train and the home of the famous composer Edward Grieg.
